Property Portal Owners
Do you run a property portal, but want to provide your subscribing agents
with the ability to automatically upload their property data?
In addition to our upload service, we have developed a cost-effective property portal data import service: we install our import scripts on your server and develop the specific code required to insert the imported data into your website database.
By using our system, you can quickly import uploaded data from all the major property system software companies, allowing you to rapidly get new agents on board and expand your services.
Costs
The system has two costs:

Setup cost.
Charged when we install the scripts and set them up to communicate with the website database and file-system.
This will vary depending on the complexity of database (typically 4 - 8 hours work). Once we have had a chance to assess your system setup, we can provide a full quote.

Ongoing cost (monthly)
This covers our ongoing support of the system and is calculated based upon a small monthly charge per importing agent (which reduces with quantity). This cost covers:
- Processing reports (including errors and quality of data on a per-agent basis)
- Incorporation of feed format changes and extensions (e.g. RightMove v3)
- Incorporation of new feed import formats as and when available
- Technical support for new agents/software companies uploading to the site
- Data-processing technical support via email/phone (e.g. queries regarding data import issues).
The ongoing cost is optional, but without it, you will not receive import reports, and all support, changes or upgrades will be charged for at our standard hourly development rate.
